Authentic Caribbean food for Georgia and the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Ajani Junor who is Co-founder and operator has been cooking since his eyes could reach over the stove. Starting from meat prepping in the back of an old caribbean restaurant in New Brunswick called Cool Runnins, which is still running to this day, to running the entire restaurant. While doing so he conceptualized a theme which would cater to all Caribbean countries in a classy yet affordable setting. He then went on to work for and with 5-Star Chef, James Canter at Guerrilla Gourmet, in order to learn the true meaning of fine dining. Now Ajani is eager and ready to share warm home-cooked family recipes with the world in true “Junor” fashion!!!
